The content will be covered over 6 weeks via a zoom call. Each webinar will be between 60-90 mins in duration, and recordings are available if you’re unable to make it to the live call.

You will also receive a workbook with additional information and questions to complete each week. These are designed to get into the nitty gritty of your personal challenges to help you understand where they are coming from and offer a path forwards.
