Hello! I’m so glad you’re here!

Let me start by saying I'm right there in the parenting trenches with you. I'm not just a certified parenting coach; I'm also an educator of 13 years and a fierce mama of two spirited daughters living on the breathtaking South Coast of New South Wales, Australia.

I have always been passionate about little people, which is what led me to work in Early Childhood settings, and then into primary schools as a teacher. My goal has always been to give these precious little humans the absolute best start in life.

Then I had my own children, and I very quickly realised that it was actually us, the parents, who have the biggest impact on children in their early years, before they even get to the school gates.

After my kids were born, I became acutely aware that I had just been promoted to the MOST important job I would ever have. It was also one that I had zero training in, despite many years of working with children. Parenting was a whole different ball game.

So I used what I knew from teaching and applied it to building my skills in parenting - Where am I now? Where do I want to be? How do I get there? And how will I know once I’m there?

The journey was beautiful and messy, and filled with learning about developmental psychology, attachment science, nervous system science, emotional intelligence, and so much more. But, the biggest piece of learning for me (as a mum and a teacher!) was that…. it’s simply not the kids. It’s us. It’s always us.

Now I am passionate about walking alongside parents as they make the journey themselves, guiding them through challenging beliefs, tricky childhood wounds, and strengthening connection with not only their children, but - and most importantly - with themselves.
